White Hat has a strong background and comprehension of Insurance as the founder and partner of White Hat, Keith Stephenson, was a general insurance broker from 1995 to 2004.
Keith created his first Insurance website in 1997 and commissioned his first e-commerce Travel Insurance website in 1998 ending up with a family of over 20 product dedicated websites covering Insurance products from Health Insurance, International Expat insurance, Marine, Travel, Home, Laptop, Landlords, Content insurance to name a few.
Because of this commercial and practical experience he is familiar with the terminologies, acronyms and methodology used in the majority of Insurance schemes and understands what is Bordereau and has a unique insurance background that is entwined within White Hat Web Design.
This experience was compounded with Simon Jarvis [Developer and Partner] who worked with Keith as an Insurance developer assistant back in 2004 who has a development comprehension of the same industry and has built back-end insurance systems.
This has culminated in a bespoke insurance web based application built by White Hat for Lonmar Risks Ltd one of Lloyds bespoke insurance brokers.
The brief was to create an easy to use platform to enable quotations, modified by the broker, present cover, issue cover for Professional Indemnity for Barristers from £2.5m to £100M.
