So many SEO companies claim to guarantee results with such self assuredness that the clients part with money and sign long contracts that effectively 'tie you in' with an upfront payment and a monthly on-going payment after the first month even before they have achieved any results. If they fail to deliver after 6 months you have paid out a lot of money and still nowhere to be seen on Google or not in the top 50.
We prefer to do things differently at White Hat and we are prepared to put our money where our mouth is and offer a performance based SEO program. We only charge you a monthly success fee WHEN we have achieved results.
This is how it works in 3 simple steps

First we discuss with you what your aims and ambitions are for the site and if we think we can achieve some results for you we will accept the opportunity of promoting your site, and agree the key phrases you want your site to be found for on leading search engines including

Secondly, we look at your website and analyze its structure and identify potential issues with the site just as you would carry out an MOT on your car to make it road worthy. This covers coding structure, animations, navigation, content, keyword density, title tags, meta tags, and other factors that would inhibit the Google Bots and other Search Engines from spidering your site and correctly indexing pages. STEP 3 [You only pay when we achieve results]
Thirdly we start to work on your site in terms of on-going promotion to hopefully achieve your desired results for the agreed key phrases. We do this by creating content, building link relationships, submissions, social networking, inter linking, strategically placed content as well as other work to promote the site and raise its traffic levels. This is the hard part which we willingly undertake as our part of the agreement and pay for as our investment in your site and our faith in our ability to secure results. Our team of SEO practitioners based in the UK will be working hard to achieve results as this is the primary trigger for White Hat to get paid!!!
Once we achieve results we can ask you to pay the appropriate success fee. Climbing the ranks of leading search engines such as Google requires a great deal of effort and ethical work on our part and plenty of time for the changes to take effect.
A website will gradually climb the rankings and not simply jump in at number ONE, and this movement will naturally be slow at first and then there could be a sudden improvement as the site comes in from the cold and joins the main stream runners. This is when the real hard work begins as it will take a lot more effort to push through the competition to achieve top 50 ranking. A good analogy would be a straggler in a long distance running race that gains a second breadth and catches up to the main pack of runners and the overwhelming effort required to push through the runners to reach the leading pack. That's how difficult it is to achieve top 30 Placement let alone to get into the top 10 and keep you there.
We have created a fairer way to charge for our work based purely on success and results. To make this fairer to both parties we have devised a method of measuring the success of our work by charging a percentage of the 'success fee' according to the results we achieve.
e.g. based on a key phrase costing £200 per month we have set three levels of success Top 30 / Top 20 / Top 10 in Google and set a percentage you pay according to the placement we achieve.

The fees are chargeable for the month we achieve the results and all costs are exclusive of VAT. The monthly costs are calculated on the success achieved for the range of agreed key phrases on a monthly basis and payable at the end of each month the results are achieved. The fees are levied providing the ranking is achieved for the MAJORITY of the month.
If the site is placed in the lower rankings for the first part of the month then moves up to a higher ranking during the same month the fee levied will be based on the lower amount for that month. For instance if the key phrase is being found at #25 for 3 weeks [BRONZE 20%] and for the 4th week of the month it climbs to #15 [SILVER 40%] you will only be charged the lower amount of 20% for that month.
A Result Based Performance program means you only pay for success when we have completed our part of the agreement. We only accept work if we think we have at least a 50% chance of success so we don't waste your time or give false promises. We can't make customers buy your products or services but we can get your site to be better ranked and provide the essential traffic your business deserves.
